Dev Film Review

Karthi's Dev, headed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar, is just one of these movies you want you can take seriously since it seems daring (thanks to this promos), but it never actually makes an impact and that is a downer. It is a movie with a great deal of good goals and sugar-coated life courses but these elements imply small as the movie works as an experience movie nor as a endearing story of self-discovery and adore.

Karthi plays with Dev, an adventure seeker and he resides with his principles. He is somebody who takes a great deal of enjoyment and excitement at all of the joys life yells. He's nothing to worry about in existence. He considers in exploring the planet and meeting new individuals. He falls in love after he meets Meghna (Rakul Preet Singh), that has quite a different way of life and has her own reasons not to believe in men. What happens when the lifestyles of both of these characters cross paths?

Dev is a member of a family and this also means he is able to travel the entire world and do anything he needs. Stories about self-discovery are all about pain and struggle that Dev has never undergone in life.

We do not quite understand the purpose both Dev and manager Rajath are attempting to create.

The movie really struggles to earn a stage, let alone entertain. Very good intentions alone do not actually make a movie standout and there can not be a much better illustration than Dev, that strives to be rough but drowns in its own mediocrity.

Regardless of the existence of celebrities such as Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan, it is disappointing they barely have some scope to carry out. Rakul Preet plays with a self-made entrepreneur but hers is a confused personality that's excruciating to watch after some stage. Last seen playing with a farmer at Kadaikutty Singam, it is refreshing to watch him within a metropolitan character.

Harris Jayaraj fights as a composer and also nearly all of his tunes are rehash of their own songs. The movie is shot along with the visuals seem bright, but they do not make a great deal of donation to an otherwise dull movie.
